Founder & Leadership Advisory

Let’s untangle what’s keeping you stuck.

You know something needs to change. Let’s work out what’s getting in the way and what comes next.

I help founders and leaders identify where they’re stuck, understand the blocker, and decide what to do next.

This is for founders and leaders facing a decision, a team conversation or unclear ownership, who can act on the next steps.

A little about me

Listen carefully. Find the practical next step.

I’m an author and Head of Strategy at ContentSmash. My work has grown through copywriting, account management and client success into strategy leadership. It has taught me to listen closely, ask useful questions and stay honest about what fits.

Previously, I worked as a Brand and Content Strategist at The Urban Writers. I hold a BA in Communication Science and BA Honours in Media Studies from UNISA.

The books

The same curiosity, on the page.

My books share a curiosity about people, patterns and context. They are a way to encounter my thinking and voice. That perspective also shapes the questions I bring to our work together.

Good questions

Before we talk.

Is this a good fit for me?

It suits founders and leaders working through a decision, a difficult conversation, unclear ownership or a plan that keeps stalling, with the authority to act on what we agree. If someone else makes the decision, we can talk about how to bring the right options to them.

What happens on the complimentary 30-minute call?

We talk about your business and where you feel stuck. I share initial observations and suggest a useful next step. It offers initial direction and a sense of fit, not the full personalised plan, and there is no obligation to continue.

What does the Personalised Advisory Plan include?

For one defined challenge: a focused working conversation, written priorities and options, the decisions and conversations needed, a 30-day action map with owners and dates, and a handover to walk you through it. You and your team carry out the actions.

How are scope, fee and delivery date agreed?

After the introductory call, if a plan would help, I propose the exact scope, fee and delivery date in writing. Paid work only starts once you have agreed. Progress reviews, if you want them, have their number, cadence and time window agreed in advance too.

Can you help with marketing as well?

This advisory focuses on decisions, workplace communication and your next-step plan. Marketing strategy, content, outreach and campaigns are separately scoped. If that kind of help is needed, we can discuss whether an introduction to ContentSmash makes sense. Any introduction is your choice.

Sometimes, the next step needs a different kind of help.

If our conversations point to a need for specialist marketing support, we can discuss whether ContentSmash is a suitable next step. Any introduction is your choice.
